Gaynor has been employed as a weekly columnist for a national newspaper, writing about vocational opportunities. Gaynor held the role of director of a Resume writing service that later became a franchise operation

Admitted to the Institute of Personnel Consultants in 1981, Gaynor is a Certified Recruitment Consultant.

Tom O'Neil, B Soc Sci (Psych) MRCSA was brought up in an environment associated to human resources and recruitment and has a degree majoring in social and perceptual psychology.

After a career contracting in human resources, Tom joined Deloitte Touche as a Management Consultant specializing in Human Resources.

Tom has had a number of articles printed in magazines and newspapes and been interviewed on radio in relation to resume and career matters.

Tom has also been a committee member (northern region) of a governing body of the recruitment industry (RCSA) and specializes in resume creation and career support.
